How does endolaser work?

How the laser is used

A thin optical fiber enters under the skin through small entry points and delivers the laser energy to the tissues, with a localized thermal effect. It is not a light applied only to the surface of the face.

What it aims to do

Promote tissue retraction and remodeling and stimulate a collagen response; depending on the device and the technique, it can also act on localized fat. The response is not the same in every patient.

It is not liposuction

Double chin liposuction removes fat with a cannula; endolaser delivers thermal energy with a fiber. They can be combined when indicated, but they are not equivalent.

Why it requires a medical assessment

The depth, the distribution of energy and the protection of facial structures are decisive.
Skin quality, facial anatomy, your medical history and your expectations are reviewed.
It does not replace a surgical facelift when there is significant excess skin.

Care and progress

Changes vary, and recovery depends on the extent of the treatment.
Swelling, bruising, pain or changes in sensation may occur.
Thermal energy carries risks such as burns and injury to tissues or nerves.
An immediate photo does not show the final result.
